The implementation of the Document and process management system based on SharePoint platform was started in 2020, just one year later implementation of radical IT infrastructure changes was completed.

The main target of BTA with this project was to take a step forward in process digitalization, align processes on Baltic level and exclude zero value added activates in order to increase efficiency.
